My child participated in a fundraiser with your company. We got the products and everyone is so happy with the merchandise; that we all want to order more. How do I order more?
You must go through the school or group sponsors to order more. If it is too far after the end of the program, it may be too late.
How much is this product?
The school determines this.
When is the due date?
Your child should know.
What is a tankard?
A tankard is a form of drinkware consisting of a large, roughly cylindrical, drinking cup with a single handle. Wikipedia

I ran out of room on the order form. What do I do?

Make copies of the original form or write on a piece of paper what you want to order.
My child came home with a mascot/ school tankard. What does this mean?
It is a sample, or “demo” product, as it is not pictured on the brochure. You can order this! It is always Line #1 on the order form. It is labeled “mascot”. If you wish to purchase the sample your child has, please check the box labeled “sample mascot”.
In a lot of cases, your child can earn it for free- by selling a set number (i.e. 10 or 15) that the sponsor has set as a promotion.
Where is Rice, SMU, New York Yankees, ect. on the order form?
Sorry! We do not carry it, unless it is on the order form. We choose the best sellers for Texas and surrounding areas, based on the past 30 years.
When do we get customers to pay (when we take orders or when we the product)?
It depends on what your group decided to do. If in doubt, take money upfront.
When will the product be returned to us?
Our turn-around time is 2 weeks or less from the time we receive the order forms. (It depends on when the sponsor submits it to us).
How do I maximize sales for my child?
Ask for a donation to your child’s group by purchasing several products.
Take your brochures to your office and let your coworkers know you want them to support your child’s’ group.
Ask your local businesses. You give them business often enough. Ask them to give back to you now. For business owners, this is a great tax write-off.
Neighbors, friends, relatives, community, church, and schools.
Will the tankards break?
Not under normal circumstances.
What are these made of?
A tough, durable polypropylene plastic.
Where are they made?
USA.
Can I put it in the microwave?
Yes.
What about the dishwasher?
Yes, top rack.
Are these licensed?
Yes.
What is insulated?
Double-wall technology and science. Like a thermos. It maintains the drinks’ original temperature.
The outside will not “sweat”. There will be no puddle on the outside perimeter.

I am having a hard time getting my students to turn in these order forms.
Send us what you have (the majority) and you can fax the rest later. 1.877.627.6848.
I am nervous about how the shipment will arrive. Will it be a big mess?
No. Please send us your order forms in an organized fashion, and that is how it will be returned to you. For example, divide order forms between 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. Also, by Team Leader or class period. If there is no sorting, we will alphabetize by student last name.
A parent told me their child didn’t receive an item they ordered.
This could be a mistake by several circumstances. Try to work it out with the parent. If we made the mistake, call our office. 1.800.627.6847.
My sales rep and I specifically discussed cash prizes for top seller rewards. Where is the money?
This is usually deducted from your invoice.
Do you have teams like Baylor or Green Bay Packers?
No. Whatever is on the order forms is what we carry. We choose the best sellers for Texas and surrounding area.
When do I pay you?
About 1 week after we send you the products, you will receive an invoice, usually by mail.
Can I pay with Credit Card.?
No. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
What will you do for me as a committed customer of yours?
We really do appreciate your business. If you can refer us to another group or sponsor that does a fundraiser with us, we will provide you with a gift card!
Are you hiring?
Yes.
What is the profit margin?
Your choice: 35%- 65%.
What other products do you have?
Cookie Dough, Candy, Discount Cards, and a Shopper.
What is the minimum?
There is not one if you only sell stock products. If you want to do a custom designed mascot and don’t sell 250 custom ones, or 1000 tankards total, there is a small screen charge of $50.
Where is your office?
Our corporate office is in Houston Texas.
Do you pre-pack? Will I have to sort it all myself?
We do pre-pack at no extra charge. You will not have to sort the shipment. We really want to make it less work for you!
Will I have to pay for shipping?
No. There is no charge for shipping if you pay your invoice within 30 days!
I want to speak with a real person by phone. Do you have an automated phone system?
No. We want to talk to you directly as well. When you call, you will be speaking with a live person directly.
Where do you print your drinkware?
At our corporate office- warehouse in Houston Texas.
Where are they made?
The USA.
I want to get started ASAP.
Once we get the artwork to you and you approve, we can usually get started in a week or less.
I really am stunned by this custom designed idea. Can I order just custom designed tankards?
No. We want you to be a satisfied customer. In the past, we have found that you will experience a difficult time trying to sell your mascot tankards, therefore leaving you with money lost. We of course, want you to make money.

I am having a difficult time deciding which brochure to use. Can’t I use 2 of them, or all of them?

I am a PTO President or a Principal. Can I do a fundraiser with you?
Yes! Absolutely. We love elementary schools and find extreme success with all-school fundraisers. The same goes for little leagues, youth sports leagues, and College groups.
I have moved to a different school. No one has come by yet to show me your new products, ect. I want to get started soon!

I did a cup program with a different company and it didn’t turn out decent.
